Good cheap room. Strange abandoned looking reception area

The room was big with a good balcony.

Hotel sign was covered up with an old piece of material..and the place looked abandoned. Only a couple of parking spaces so had to park on the street.

Nice room in an annex, good value, the hotel main building is suffering from the effects of the shutdown

room was clean and spacious, in an annex, quiet and good value.

parts of the property were closed, nobody at reception, there was another hotel nearby owned by the same group which I had to use to check out. security at the entrance to the building was rarely staffed.

Always loved this place great location just enough that its off the strip but not far to walk. For the cost its great and the pool is always quiet. Clean and good value for money

comfortable beds, if you want to try to low your expectations -the greatest place to have no expectations... even you can try to fall in love with bugs..

insects all around the beds, leaking walls, insects in the fridge, water going to the room thru the windows... all romm was a huge leackage..if you want change a room - dont expaect it. you have to stay withe the see on your room floor for the niht if it is raining...nobody really cares about it. Broken fride,or ice or water inside... air condition - not to be set.

It was good.

Location and some of the staff were great.

The first male I meet at reception. Very rude and didn’t want to listen to anything. Also two other guests who were very noisy for 3 nights but nothing was done about them.

Location that's it.

The pictures of the rooms are from the new building and they put us in the old block of rooms. The smell in the corridor was horrible and the wallpaper in the room peeling from the walls. The furniture was all chipped and old.

All in all, another top stay in the resort and no issue with my booking or price when i arrived.

I checked out early as i wanted to change my flight and had to go to the airport on this occasion to do so. I explained to reception and they were very understanding. I managed to do so, and came straight back to the hotel. Not only did i get my original room back, they also gave me a discounted rate based on Booking.com prices!. Excellent service.

The hotel was a little over priced and in need of renovation, friendly helpful staff

Comfortable stay

The room was big enough for 2 people .room cleaned every day. And the peace and quiet. You could get a good night's sleep. Good location and the staff could speak a reasonable of English. Because my level of thai is terrilble .

The mattress could have a more give in it

very clean room....staff ok.....cleaners were more helpfull than desk staff

I was in a room with a window but looking inside hotel no outside light....told staff about moving room but non were available....this was a disappointment as no natural light from window meant you were not sure if it was day or night unless you look at time.....make sure when you get a room you get room with a view if not change right away or ask for money back....be carefull if booked in advance you wont get money back.....check before you book....don't make mistake I did... Lucky I only stayed a few days...

Superb staff who's work is compromised by money saving directives

Friendly Hotel staff supported by the in house bar staff (Big Daddy Bar) who are excellent. Location is excellent for access to Pattaya's main attractions.

Have recently had a hip replacement that needs extra support at night to help prevent dislocation. I requested an extra pillow from reception and was told that I'd have to pay an extra 200 THB per night. This a directive issued by LK Mansion Management. In discust I declined and bought one. Prices at LK Mansion are inflated. Rack rate is in line with a 3 Star but this Hotels amenities would struggle to achieve 2 star rating.
